  1. Well do you have insurance on the phone? If you have insurance then you can get a new one for a deductible of like $50 or whatever it was when you signed up for it. If you don't know if you have insurance I'd assume that you don't its a monthly charge that you pay so you would notice it. Really all you can do is replace it if you have no idea where it is. I mean you could try calling it and see if anyone found it or not. But other then that there really isn't anything you can do. I don't think you can turn on a GPS locator or anything to find your phone like they do in movies and stuff. It doesn't work like that at least not for the pantech matrix and all. Oh and they will have your phone in a warehouse somewhere or pantech will have it thats what they do for insurance stuff they will probably have the phone for a year or two after it isn't in stores anymore. But if its been longer then that they will give you a new version of that phone though you may have to pay a little for it (probably not full price) and it won't start a whole new two year contract it will just continue on the one you already have.
  2. If you have insurance, you make a claim and pay the deductible. They keep a supply of discontinued phones just for this purpose. If you don't have insurance, a new phone is full price from AT&T. You can also buy an AT&T or unlocked GSM phone on a site like eBay.
