Does a Verizon Wireless Broadband card only work on one computer?

We've been having trouble transfering our Verizon Wireless Broadband card from one computer to another. It always connects on one computer and is having trouble connecting on another? Why?

1. It can work on only one at a time, but should work on both no problem. Both comps must have the software and drivers downloaded and installed for it to work
