Can you make free phone calls on a WIFI blackberry?

I was wondering if this is possible. I know you can on a WIFI PC or laptop, so I dont see why you cant on a WIFI blackberry or cell phone. If it is possible, what software can you use??

2. Yes it is. i use uVOIPit to make phone calls with wifi. I love them cause there service is cheap and good. Check the source for more info. You will need a SIP softphone application on your phone as well.
