how do i upgrade my firmware for my env2?

my friend has a later version of firmware than i do i how do i upgrade mine on my env2 cell phone from verizon wireless?

1. Go into a store and have them do it. That would be the best way to go about it. If you flash it yourself, and ruin the phone, the insurance will not cover it. http://cellphoneforums.net/lg/
