PLEASE HELP!! [verizon wireless!!]?

so i just got a new enV yesterday and i took it back today and traded it for orange....and yesterday VZ navigator was working but then when i get this new phone it says : unable to get privacy policy.....what does this mean?how can i fix this? i tried calling but there was a really really rude lady and i was unable to give her a social security number so could someone please helpp me with thiss?? also when i try to download it from "get-it-now" it says unable to retrieve catalogue.please try again later. (534) thank you so much in advance and im not the account holder please help me :(

1. Yes you would have to call customer care data tech support and the have to re-authenticate your phone on the network. After that you should be able to access get it now.
