verizon wireless issues?

so i got the EnV3 today and needed to move pictures from my old phone so i did what i always do switch back to the old phone text the pictures to my moms then switch back and text them back but it wont let me switch back it keeps saying try again later and stuff how can i get it to work i already did it i just cant get the phone activated

1. you can just go to a verizon store and they can transfer all your things including contacts to your new phone. its wayy easier
2. Try using bluetooth (How about 10 points)
3. That's a lot of work that you didn't need to do in the first place. If you had gone to a verizon store to switch phones they could have moved your pics for you. Or you could have bought a micro SD card and saved it on that. They're only about eight dollars online.
