i was wondering if i could buy a att phone on ebay and go to att wireless and start a new contract with them?

i wanna cancel my verizon and want to go to att wireless but i wanna buy a phone off ebay and go start a new contract but was wondering if u could do that instead of getting a phone they have in the store thanx

1. Yes, as long as it it compatible and the phone is unlocked or tryly an att phone.Make sure is isnt onw of rht older TDMA (no sim card) models, or you will not be able to activate it.
2. yup as long as it has a sim card slot and it hasnt been reported stoled or lost....
