The LG env 1 from verizon?

k so i have an lg env 1...silver for what it's worth so today my phone died on me, when i got home from school i plugged it into the charger and on the screen it flashed "Verizon WIreless" like always...but then it just went off It kept doing that for a while, not charging. Now (about 2 hours later) when you try to turn it on the screen sort of lights up as do the keys but no picture shows up on the screen. the screen looks like when you turn the tv on but the cable box is off. is there anything i can do besides take it to the store or call verizon? (parents will be mad because i allready broke 2 phones so i don't want to get them involved) please help!!(:

1. you should check the battery. sometimes when that happens it means it got wet. 1. take the battery out 2. check if the little circle is striped red, or redish pink 3. if its red striped it means its not wet, but if its redish pink and no stripes then its wet if its wet, then go online and by a new battery. or go to the store and get another. they might give you the same battery back though. so just buy one off line if its wet. hope i helped. :)
