everytime i text some1 i get a text from there number 5 sec later sayin Duplicate Message (there #) Succeeded?

I have a verizon wireless phone (under a metro pcs plan) 4 about a year now & this morning i notice everytime i text someone i get a text from there number 5 seconds later saying: *Duplicate* <--- on the top Message (there #) Succeeded I need help getting rid of this because its driving me crazy! Also when I check my sent message all the messages say incomplete even though the person got it. HELP PLEASE
