prepaid phone and texting?

i have att go phone. i currently have 17 cents left in my account and receiving a text message costs 20 cents. they charge you the 20 cents before you even open the text. what happens if someone sends me a text while i only have 17 cents left?

1. You wont get the text message because you dont have the funds in there. YOUR ACCOUNT WILL NOT GO INTO NEGATIVE BALANCE. Good Luck
