How do I get a hold of an actual person at ATT?

I have one of the Go Phones from ATT and they seem to have miscalculated how much they have taken out of my account. (I'm one of those kind of people that keep very strict account of how much money is taken) This week alone they have taken an extra $10. How do I get a hold of a REAL LIVE person at ATT. I've called the 611 number and the 1-800 number and neither of them direct me to anything other than a machine.

1. you do call 611 but you have to wait for a operator to get to you. you can also go into your local retail store. (:
2. when you call follow the prompts they will give you one to pick to speak with a representative.
