We had DSL re connected last week after glitch of having it disconnected in error. Talked with support to get it uup and going again, but postcard says we must re register. How do I check this out or do I have to call the rep back. Is there a difference between ATT account manager and DSL internet service? When I go to ATT site for account manager, and put in phone number for account, it prompts they have to record of it. I just want to make sure our internet service is registerd because the postcard says after you reconnect and fail to register within 60 days of move/disconnect you will lose your existing Memver ID and all the contents of your e mail acount. Data loss is permanent and there is NO way to retrieve your info of Member ID> Is your member ID the e mail address/> Totally confused with all this lingo. Help before I have to call them back again.
