fraud transaction from ATT phone service, 888-426-7066?

I just noticed an unrecognized transaction on my credit card for the amount of $30.41 by merchant name ATT*CONS PHONE PMT 888-426-7066 TX , phone number 888-426-7066. I called ATT cusotmer service, they dont know whats going on, couldn't find out what the charge was, they said its the credit card service dept, who takes care of the credit card charges for customers. I tried calling this number, a guy named CAMARA (picked up phone and asked for my 13 digit phone number(I dont know where in US they have 13 digits phone number) i gave my number, he asked me where im calling from, i said colroado, he said he is from missouri, ATT services and I reached the wrong number cuz he cant help services in Colorado, I have to call the colorado att. I told him this was an illeghal charge made on my account, but he was not willing to help at all other than saying call the correct ATT number. Anyways I put a dispute on this transaction thru my bank, I did a research on this number, and OH mY GOD, there are lot of complaints regarding lot of people about this number. (Just google search it, you will find out urself). i dodn tknow whats going on, Now i have to check my all previous statements and see what else i lost.

1. just tell the credit card company your problem yet them handle it they can do a chargeback on that item
2. No big deal. They made a mistake. It happens all the time. Call the number on the back of your credit card and tell them you have no knowledge of this charge and you have called AT&T and they can't explain it either and you want to dispute the charge. Your bank will charge it back.
