LG Wireless Phone

Is there any way i can tether my US Cellular LG Rhythyms signal to a Jailbroken IPod Touch?

I want to be able to use my ipod anywhere(ie: safari, youtube). Is there any way i can share the signal from my LG Rhythym with my 2nd gen iPod Touch? I need to know ASAP. thank you:)
