How do i get picture messaging back on my LG verizon phone?

I have a verizon phone, its the LG Dare. we cancelled the picture and video messaging on it a while ago which means we blocked the web on it. i know you have to have it too send pictures and i want it back on the phone. isn't it free and am i able to do it online or not?

1. yah go to you my verizon account. go to your phone then click on add and remove features remove the national access block on your account if you dont see it call customer service they will remove it for you.
