  1. I would stay away from verizon phones. All verizon phones are crippled. That is the phone company installs their own version of the operating software system on top of what ever is already on the phone. This means that they run slow, are buggy, and insist that you go through the verizon system to get many things for a fee that could be free on another carrier. I read all the reviews on phones and picked what I thought would be the best. Then I went to verizon and got one. I did not realize untill I had signed the 2 year contract and was locked in that many of the features that I liked were charged for or were disabled by verizon.
  2. Well the Chocolate Touch and EnV Touch are both Verizon exclusive. They run with Verizon's operating system that works fine. It all brings down to what kind of phone user you are. Both phones are identical with pros and cons. The Chocolate Touch has a lot better battery life. The EnV touch has to power two screens which battery's life isn't so good. If you are a heavy texter with a texting plan, then you are likely to lean over to the EnV Touch because a full querty keyboard is better than the virtual touch querty keyboard. If you barley text and use a phone what it's meant for...then the Chocolate Touch is a good phone. It already has a 1gb internal memory which isn't bad for a few songs. The EnV Touch can pretty much do anything the Chocolate can do but just that much more with a battery life drawback. Note: Getting the EnV touch requires a data plan (which alows you to use the HTML browser etc..). You simply can't get the phone without a data plan. The Verizon offers the Chocolate touch a data plan that is optional.

  5. Well the env touch doesn't have that much battery life i heard, I'm not sure about the chocolate but my friend has the chocolate and she said she likes it a lot.
  6. env touch when it locks on the main screen pull the arrow up all the way to unlock.
