Belkin Router With Vonage Problem?

I have a Linksys RT31P2 which is connected to my modem and my phone. I connected a Belkin G Wireless F5D7234-4 to the Linksys with an ethernet cable. And then i connected the belkin to my computer. The phone works but only 2 lights turn on on the Belkin (the router and the wired lights). For some reason the Belkin wont give off wifi, but i still get regular internet on my computer. Anyone know whats wrong?

1. do an ipconfig in command prompt find out the router address (default gateway) login to ur router with this in the browser search for option on how to turn on the wirelss best of luck
