how can i sue a cell phone company for charging me illegitimate etf just when i was about to end contract?

about in year 2005 i was almost done with cingular contract of service when i tried request an final extension to pay final bill and refused. right now att has the bill for $699 dollars on which they have no right to charge and still stands with att wireless and still want me to pay the bill even though it's not on my credit report or bill collection agency is it still invalid charges???????

1. Your question makes no sense. What happened between 05 and 08?? You cannot be held liable for an ETF unless you terminated it early. Congress is holding hearing on this very issue right now. Email your congressman and Senator and ask for their help. That will get it resolved if you are in the right and the company is in the wrong. Just don't pay it if you don't owe it.
