ok is the activation fee added onto my bill or is that what i pay for my first bill? and are you allowed to use more then one promotional code?

1. The activation fee is added onto your first bill (expect your bill to be almost 2x a much the first month). And no you cannot use more than one promotional code, so use the one that will save you the most money. Hope that helps
