LG Wireless Phone

cell phone question.. i have the LG Rival from verizon please help?

when i first got this phone, it would vibrate 8 quick times when i got a text, then after a while it only vibrated once and now it vibrates alot when i get a text. like someone is calling me. im 99% sure i didnt change any of the settings. how can i change this?

1. Your phone is the Motorola Rival not LG Rival. You can try to reset the phone back to default settings. Just to be sure. If that does not worth then sounds like there is a software problem.I suggest calling technical support to trouble shoot further.
