How do you use those ATT pre paid phone cards?

I have a go phone and im trying to refill my account but every time I try to type in the pin number on the back of the card it tells me its not valid. I just bought the card last night I don't get how its not valid??? The pin has 12# that i keep typing in! But it wont work why can anyone help me please!!!!

1. try looking on your reciept or somehting but if you cant get it to work call the 1800 number on the card. Hopefully they can help you with this problem.
