How do i allow my pocket wireless phone to get free ringtones from internet sites?

I want to download free ringtones but whenever i try to do it, the screen shows me a picture of a speaker. It doesnt have the option to save the ringtone im listening too. I dont have a memory card download them too. im just trying to send them to my phone.
