Is it to late to cancel my Verizon Wireless plan?

Okay so 2 days ago I added a line to our cell phone plan. I the cell phone hasn't come in the mail yet. It gave us the # for the new plan. We have not activated it yet. Is it still possible to cancel that with out being charged with the 175$ fee? Thanks. =)

1. You should have 30 days to return it without paying a fee.
2. i copied this directly from the FAQ section on the verizon website: You'll get our 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee. At Verizon Wireless we stand behind our service. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your device and cancel service within 30 days of activation and pay no early termination fee.
