LG Wireless Phone

When activating a Verizon Wireless phone, I keep getting the message, "We cannot process your request"?

I keep trying again later but it doesnt work. I left my phone at my cousins house far away so i activated my old phone to use until i could get my new phone back. I activated that fine, but when I got my good phone back and tried t activae it, verizon wont let me for some reason. I also tryed dialing *228 and doing it that way but it says sometime during that, "the call you are trying to make cannot be made from your calling area" or something like that. What is the problem here?

  1. Sounds like the phone you were dialing isn't in service. Also I think it's an activation fee. You should call Verizon to make sure account is ok. (800) 922-0204
