How can I get my verizon wireless ring tones back?

I got a phone and bought a few ring tones, and then a while later my phone broke. I lost all my ring tones that I paid for. How do I get them back? Thank you!

1. you go to verizonwireless.com/ringbacktones create an account and then buy the ringtones but they have to be the same ones and when you buy them call 611 and tell them what happened to the phone and they will credit that money back to you :):) best answer*********************
2. http://www.ventones.com ventones is a free site , you can make ringtones, wallpapers and animated images
3. If you have an online account you can just get them all redownloaded for free (there are some restrictions - like how long ago was the ring tone purchase made). If you don't already have a MyAccount just create one - you can do so much online you most likely never have to call customer service. They even have an email function so you can get your answer through email instead of calling - just go to Support - Contact Us. Good Luck
4. They will only credit you if you did a warranty exchange phone (ordered thru verizon wireless). If you got an insurance replacement from Asurion they wont. Also if you upgraded, no credits.
