How do I cancel a mobile web subscription for a verizon wireless cell phone?
First off, there was a $1.99 option for 24 hrs and a $5.00 option for a month for the mobile web. I accepted everything thinking that I was using the web for a day and now, 3 days later, I still have access to the web. If I chose the $1.99 option, does the company keep billing me until I cancel? And how do I cancel?

- If you register your account online at www.verizonwireless.com, you can sign into your account and see what features you're currently being billed for. If you see Mobile Web 2.0 ($1.99/month) on there, you will be able to remove it by clicking the box next to it. If you don't see it there, you're not being billed for it. If you have your cell phone with you right now, you can just call "*611" and then press 0 to speak with a live person. The call is free, and the person you speak to will be an expert. Hope it helps!
