Verizon Wireless replacement phone policy?
I got a new replacement phone from verizon. This is my 2nd env2. It keeps breaking. Usually the buttons stop working. I got my new replacement phone July 31st. A couple of days later the "ok" button stopped working. Other buttons are slowly starting to break again. Is it true that Verizon has the policy that if the phone breaks twice in 90 days, you are legible for a free phone upgrade? Either env3 or env touch?

- i do not know if that is the policy, but I do know that my boyfriend had to replace his verizon phone 4 times in 2 weeks, and he was given an opportunity for an upgrade.
- Let me guess you have the Env2. Call warranty again and explain that the same issue keeps happening.You are very unhappy. The Env2 just keeps malfunctioning. Instead you would like get a refurbished Env3 instead of possible.
