What is the cheapest wifi phone?

hi im looking to buy a new phone, i wanted one with WiFi so that i can go on the internet for free. Ive seen a few that are relatively cheap e.g. nokia 5530, lg arena km900. Which is the best phone that is cheap and has WiFi? Has anybody brought a phone that is crap? Thanks

1. nokia e63 is quite cheap, it is 3g and has wi-fi camera isnt brilliant but if your looking for wi-fi exclusively, then this phone is quite cheap from £120 in u.k., if you live in the u.s. then prices might be different
2. If you want to use a wifi phone around the office, at the coffee shop and when you travel, I suggest the SC-6060S which is sold at www.yippz.com I use it with voip.ms and literally pay almost nothing for my calls. Since the phone has actual voip chips rather than emulate them like other phones, the calls are crystal clear oh, and battery life is 5 hours talk and 100 hours standby. Also, since this phone has an internet browser (although it's limited) you can authenticate at places that need to you to accept login terms (like hotels).
