How to convert pdf to a jpeg?

I need to either get a pdf on my cell phone (java enabled LG-VU) or convert the entire document to a jpeg so i can view it on my phone, does anyone know how to do this?

1. Right click on the picture go to edit. It will go into ms paint go to file then save as. On the bottom look for save as type choose the type and your done. This works on xp don't know about vista.
