LG Wireless Phone

Cant receive pictures on my cell phone... plz help?

If this matters I have an LG keybo 2. My friend has the same phone as me, and i am able to send pics to her, and she is able to see them no problem. But when she goes to send me a picture, it doesnt work. It says "Failed to receive" or, I need to save the pic to my phone, than View it under my pictures. But all she had to do is press "View message" and it just shows up. We both send pics the same way, and accept it the same way... only mine wont work. Whats going on?

2. Ha, just call verizion. And they can do lots of test to your phone to make it start working If I still doesn't work then they will send you a replacement phone for free. Haha Tasha<3
