why cant i view media mail on my cell phone?

i keep getting media emails sent to my lg phone from a boost mobile customer why cant i view them. i have a cousin that sends media mail to my lg ax265 banter. it wont let me view them why is this? what do i need to do to beable to view them when i receive the media mail on my phone. i go to options and then go to web site. when it loads it all ways says im not authorized to view. what does this mean?

1. Most likely your phone does not support multimedia messages or Java/Flash Player that is required to view them. I view mine on my computer.
2. You need to have either A.) an internet package or B.) picture message package
