Does T-mobile have a touchscreen phone with Wifi that you don't have to subscribe to the data service?

If you get the G1 or MyTouch 3G, you have to subscribe to the data service. Does T-mobile have a phone with Wifi that you do not have to subscribe to the data service with? In other words, you could use the phone at a hotspot and not pay the T-mobile data service fee? They have some good Samsung touchscreens like the Behold, but it doesn't have Wifi.

1. g1 is a good phone with built in keyboard as well. and i believe u can use the g1 without the data plan. just tell some1 u know who has a g1 to activate it for u then you can enjoy the g1 without dataplan. I would also recommend getting a iphone which can be unlocked easily and use with tmobile. hope i helped:)
