My wireless internet keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. The modem is a Qwest Actiontec GT 701 WG?

My icon in my task bar in the lower left of my desktop says I am connected and my signal is strong. I know I'm disconnected because the web page that I try to load says Page Load Error and doesn't load, also my Windows Messenger disconnects. This has only been happening the past few weeks, before now I've had no problems. I do have a cordless phone in my room and one other person that uses this internet modem, who is directly connected to the modem. They aren't experiencing any problems.

1. try to Clear the History , Cookies Offline files...try to reset the modem that should help you..
