Sprint wireless has extended my contract without telling me?

I spend hours almost every other month on the phone with sprint customer service to get my changes options corrected.. i FINALLY GAVE UP WHEN THEY EXTENDED MY CONTRACT WITHOUT TELLING ME and they wouldn't correct it. Of course they want to charge me $200.00 per phone. Does anyone have a similar situation or suggestion.

1. i have sprint too they are full of crap charge way too much...............i like the plan tho, crappy situation. id complain because i know when i "signed" my conctract, i didnt actually sign anything...they cant prove that i agreed to another contract
