ever had a p[roblem with wireless sprint phone ?

i bought this phone----the store said i had a rebate on it---they said the old phone could not be repaired----so i bought a new phone based on--( that information)...they never gave me my rebate --they said the phone was not under a rebate at the time---i later found out my old phone could have been fixed for 35 dollars---so i dropped them based on the idea--i feel they made me enter into their contract on lies---the repair lie--and the rebate lie--they never honored the contract on the rebate---now they want 400 dollars for dropping their service before the contract was up---what a bunch of bandits---

1. wow! yeah my sister had a similar problem! they made her pay for a full month after she activated her phone on the last day of the month then they denied it! they have bad service and t6hey charge you for everything!! roaming ischarged even mobile 2 mobile or weekends its a scam!i would talk to the head people and tell them why you8 dropped them! they might just wave it
