what should I do If you forgot your voicemail nextel sprint password?

I have forgot my voicemail password in sprint nextel and I tried each password so what should I do to rebuit my password back, because someone has left me a message and I can't get into the message unless I type my password into my wireless sprint phone.

1. Call sprint customer service and ask them put a new password for your voicemail. Then you can access to your voicemail and can change it again if you want or you can keep the one sprint representative set up for you. Other way is dialing *2 on your sprint phone and say on the voice recognition system "Change voicemail passcode" then the system will askyou wich passcode and you can say it or press the keys.
2. 1. you can call cust service and have them reset ur voicemail passcode, it takes approximately 4hours to reset it. 2. dial *2 on ur sprint phone, press 1 for english and thru the automated system, just say "voicemail passcode reset" and just follow the voice prompts.
