which verizon wireless phone is comparable or better than the sprint pcs samsung instinct?

i really want a verizon phone comparable to or better than sprint's samsung instinct. browsing through all the phones confuses me. how can i find the answer to my question?

1. Punch in the name of the company you are interested in like T-mobile or Verizon , then punch in "iphone killer " next to that company on a search engine and hit enter. Seriously, the Blackberry Storm is the closest Verizon has but it is going to be replaced in a few months with the Storm 2. They are also getting the Palm Pre, which Sprint already has and it has already surpassed the Instinct in sales popularity.
2. The Blackberry Storm is the only phone that really compares to the Instinct. It has a different kind of screen, with the clicking action, so typing might not be as good for you, but otherwise that is the only full touch screen phone that they have to compare to the Instinct. Maybe if you like the Pre you can wait until next year when other carriers besides Sprint are going to get it.
