Sprint Wireless Phones....?

I have a sprint wireless phone with the Total Equipment Protection Plan and recently my phone sound is totally shot. I guess is has something to do with the fact that i've dropped it few times. Since i have the plan, what the process of replacing the phone and how long will that take?

1. Call Sprint. You will pay $50.00 deductible and a phone will be sent to you.
2. used to work for Sprint cust care, from april 2005-dec 2006. if u have the total equipment protection plan and would like to replace the phone, call Asurion (Sprint's equipment replacement department) at 18005843666. There's a $50 deductible, shipping time maximum of 5-7days, but u can request for a 24hour express delivery with extra charge. Once u receive the replacement phone, call cust care to transfer ur number to that phone, and send the damaged phone back using the same box which had the replacement phone in it.
