How do you keep your cell phone number from an att go phone to an att contract.?

1. Just tell them when you get your att contract that you had att go phone and you would like to keep that number. They wont have a problem with it. My sister had sprint and kepted her number when she switched to att and then kept the same number when she switched to alltel. My other friend had a house phone and disconected it to get a cell phone and she got her house number as her cell number. So it is definitly possible. :)
