Can i use the att prepaid19.99 unlim data plan in a lg vu with my sim (i have the go phone sim)?

So i was going to buy the lg vu on ebay and put my prepaid att go phone sim card in it. i know att offers the unlimited data plan for the go phones for 19.99 a month. and i was wondering if i did buy the lg vu if my sim would not only work in it but would i be able to use this 19.99 plan with it?
