I have been trying to reach a friend of mine, but whenever I call their number I get the message: "the person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time, please try your call again later." I looked up what this message could mean, and the only logical explaination is that their contract is up or they didn't pay their phone bill. I know their contract isn't up yet though. I recently considered the fact that they canceled their current number, the number I have, and so I'm wondering what message you would recieve if you called a canceled phone number. The person has ATT and an iPhone. I recently considered the fact that they canceled their current number, the number I have, and so I'm wondering what message you would recieve if you called a canceled phone number. The person has ATT and an iPhone. I texted the number from an AT&T phone, and did a "request read report," but when I tried to send it, the message was never sent and I got a notification that said "recipient barred." With all the information I'm simply wondering if the person did not pay their bill yet, or if they have cancelled their phone number.
