do i get credit when i pay my phone bill?

i have att, and im trying to build credit so i was just wondering if i could build it like that

1. Most cell phone companies do not report to credit bureaus. Ifyou are trying ot build credit, this isn't the way to do it. They will only report if you are habitually late or go into collections.
