Will the new iphone and rate plans be better than the LG voyager?

Okay here's the deal currently I am with verizon and on a family share plan.My contract is over with my secondary line and I'm thinking of getting the voyager.Of course I'm wondering if I should wait for the new iphone to come out.BUT I'm not sure if I want to change carriers because I've done the homework and we won't be saving money if I switch to another carrier.Also I'm not sure that I'll even like the touchscreen stuff on any phones.I'm a mom of 2 young kids and I need convience.I need to be able to answer the phone and dial a number without having to look at it for very long(I currently have a pink razr flip phone) and I'm not so sure I'd be able to with any of these phones.Any suggestions on ANY phone that would be easy and fun to use without costing me a ton each month would be great.

2. No. The iPhone is $90.00 a month which includes unlimited text. My Voyager is only $60.00 and it does everything the iPhone can and more, like record video and MMS. The Voyager is more worth the money in the long run.
