If i buy a phone from Amazon or Radioshack, do i pay my monthly bill to amazon or Radioshack or to my carrier?
I'm planning on buying a phone from either Amazon or Radioshack and the phone is contracted with att so i was wondering, who exactly do i pay the monthly bill? the carrier or the guys i buy it from? Do i pay them through amazon?

- you pay amazon for the phone, and ATT monthly for your phone usage.
- You'll be under two contracts. Radioshack and amazon will provide you with the phone. Att pays radioshack and amazon comission for signing you up into the contract. You in turn get a huge discount on the phone but you agree to not downgrade your plan, change your number, cancel any features for the next 6 months. If you do you have to pay 300 dollars to radioshack or amazon and 175 to att plus any minutes/bills used. After the six months you are only under a contract with att for the remainder of time (1 yr or 2 yrs depending on your contract). You have a 3 days cancelation period. You have a 30 cancellation period but past 3 days...you haveto pay the 36 dollar activation fee and the sim and the restocking fee for using the phone. After your contract is up with radioshack or amazon, if you break or loose your phone, you must buy a new one for the full retail price (100-600 dollars depending on the phone you want). If you have insurance, there is a 50 dollar deductable for a new phone plus a reactivation fee if it is lost. There is also a one yr wanrranty on all new phone (not refurb). Ok is there something imissed? Oh so the bill in the mail from att...att gets the money if that answers your question
