How do I get photos off my Verizon LG NV II?

I have taken a photo that I really like, and I would like to be able to email it, or save it, or upload it onto Facebook, etc. How do I do that? How do I get my photos from my phone to my computer?

1. add your email address as an contact in your phone. then just send it to your email and that should do it captain.
2. you need to get a phone to computer usb cord at the verizon store.
3. type in your email address where you would put the contact, and then when you get it in your email, just right click and press save picture as....
4. send it to your email address.
