What's your damned problem? all i want to do is pay my regular hard line phone bill?

the att site keeps demanding a cellualr number and i'm not about to give them the pleasure of shaking me down again. Att IS NOT my cellular carrier, but their website refuses to listen. how do i pay my bill?
