Does the Samsung Jack (smart phone) come with Internet or WiFi for free?

I bought the Samsung Jack and in the menu it had Internet Explorer and WiFi and i thought WiFi was free but im not sure!? Please tell me if the Samsung Jack (smart phone) comes with Internet or WiFi for free without buying it seperately ( or at least WiFi) THanks! : )

1. Wifi comes built in. Nothing comes with free Internet.
2. Wi-Fi is free but make sure you have your data plan blocked so it does not use 3G instead of wi fi.
