Do all verizon wireless phones come with a warranty?

I have an env2 and some keys on the front of the phone have broken. does verizon have a warranty policy for all phones? could you explain the policy.. thank you!

1. That same thing happend to me. It all depends when you go it i got mine for christmas and it started going crazy. I brought it to verizon and they gave me a new one free. Just to let you know before you go put all of your pictures/videos on to an sd because i lost all of my old pictures from my old one. Hope this helps
2. Verizon covers 1 year of warranty only.So from the time you bought the phone is considered when warranty starts. It lasts until 1 year. Warranty will cover your phone.
