Can i buy the Lg Tritan without an internet plan at us cellular?

1. you have to get the internet with this phone i have this phone with uscc and its awesome.
2. i was in the same position! so, i asked the man at USC store, and unfortunately, the phone cannot be used with out the internet plan..but it's okay, because with itouch's you need wifi...with the tritan, you do not! :)
