any way to pull up deleted texts from my us cellular LG phone, or home to chech my child's deleted texts...mon?

As above..need ways to pull up deleted txts from my LG us cellular phome...and also for my son's...or a way that is free or not a zillion dollars to monitor his texts by finding his deleted texts or intercepting them as he recieves them?

1. please do not read your child's texts. Show him a little respect and trust him.
2. or..you can make it so that they cant receive any text,..well I am not sure if verizon has it..but go find out.
